Racing Bulls will run a striking yellow special livery at this weekend’s Miami Grand Prix, turning its usually white VCARB 03 into a one-off design inspired by Red Bull’s Summer Edition Sudachi Lime.
The Faenza-based team has reworked the cars for Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad in a yellow-and-black scheme, with some silver elements and a subtle white base also visible in the design. Red Bull branding remains on the engine cover, and the overall look has drawn comparisons with the colors used by Jordan in the late 1990s.
Miami has become the team’s chosen stage for these one-off visual statements, and Racing Bulls made clear that this latest change is meant to say as much about identity as appearance. Peter Bayer, Racing Bulls CEO, said in a team statement: “Miami has become a special place for Visa Cash App Racing Bulls to express who we are as a team.”
Bayer said the team had used the race for the past two years to showcase “something bold and unique” and added that the new look follows the same approach. “The Red Bull Summer Edition livery brings a vibrant energy which reflects who we are as a team,” he said. “Creative and willing to push boundaries.”
The change will not stop with the cars. Lawson and Lindblad will wear yellow race suits across the weekend, while the team’s mechanics and trackside staff will also switch to yellow kit, giving Racing Bulls a full-event visual reset for Miami.
The launch matched the theme. Racing Bulls staged the reveal with a yacht arrival before wakeboard athlete Guenther Oka pulled the cover from the car during a backflip jump over it in front of the drivers. The presentation underlined how heavily the team is leaning into Miami as an annual branding opportunity, with the new livery set to become one of the weekend’s biggest visual talking points as soon as the cars hit the track.
