Controller

RacingTide is the controller for the data described here.

Data we process

Server logs. Each request is logged with your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser's user agent, to operate the site and detect abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Analytics. Google Analytics measures page views, and loads only if you allow analytics cookies. Legal basis: consent. Simple Analytics measures page views without cookies and without storing your IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Advertising. Google AdSense serves the ads on this site. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a Google certified consent management platform records whether Google and its advertising partners may use your data for personalized ads. Legal basis: consent. Without consent, ads are selected from page content and approximate location.

Cookies

  • RT_ga_consent, set by us, stores your cookie choice. Contains no identifier. Expires after one year.
  • Google Analytics cookies, names beginning with _ga. Set only with your consent. Expire after up to two years.
  • Google advertising and consent cookies. Set according to your consent choice. Lifetimes are set by Google and range from one session to about two years.
  • __cf_bm, set by Cloudflare to distinguish visitors from bots. Expires after about 30 minutes. Necessary for the service.

Recipients

Google (advertising, consent management, analytics), Simple Analytics (analytics), Cloudflare (delivery and security), ImageKit (image delivery).

Some are established outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Retention of analytics and advertising data is determined by Google and Simple Analytics.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
